Schedule: 5:30-6:15AM M, W, F
Who's it for: Women 30+ that want accountability, great workouts and a motivational boost!

- 12 high-energy workouts + Bonus Saturday Barre!

-Workout Focus: sculpted arms, core and legs-and unstoppable energy.
