Boot Camp Cardio

 A New Standard in Cardio Fitness (Level 3-5)

Elevate your cardio experience with our Boot Camp Cardio class, designed for fitness levels 3-5. This class integrates plyometric movements, dynamic drills, various stations, step aerobics, and kickboxing, all harmonized with precise timing and tempo. We aim to comprehensively engage both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, ensuring a workout that delivers tangible results. Perfect for those ready to challenge themselves, this class is geared towards intermediate to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Join us on Monday & Wednesdays from 5:30 am to 6:30 am and experience a cardio workout like no other!

Boot Camp Challenge 

 A Complete Fitness Experience (Level 1-5)

Welcome to our all-inclusive Friday morning class, Boot Camp Challenge, suitable for all fitness levels from 1 to 5. Whether you're just beginning your fitness journey or are an experienced athlete, this class is tailored to meet you where you are. We focus on enhancing endurance, kickstarting metabolism, and delivering the most effective strength training exercises. Our comprehensive workouts combine cardio, resistance, agility, and core exercises for an all-around efficient session. Join us every Friday from 5:30 am to 6:30 am, and experience a workout that adapts to your individual fitness needs, pushing you towards your personal best. Class meets indoors and outdoors weather permitting.

Boot Camp Strength & Stretch

Total Body Training for All Levels (Level 1-5)

Step into the world of all-encompassing fitness with our Boot Camp Strength & Stretch class, designed for all fitness enthusiasts from level 1 to 5. Embrace full-body resistance training that not only enhances your physical strength but also leaves you feeling revitalized. Our classes focus on functional movements that are effective in building muscle mass and boosting your calorie burn long after the workout is over. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to a recovery stretch session, ensuring your muscles are well-cared for and rejuvenated. Perfect for any fitness level, this class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 am to 6:30 am. Join us for a workout that strengthens, stretches, and supports your entire body.

Cycle Barre Spin & Sculpt

For All Levels (Level 1-5)

Then, transition into a 30-minute Barre class focused on muscle building and precision movements for impactful results. Every Wednesday from 5:30 am to 6:30 am, join us for a workout that blends the best of cardio and strength training, catering to everyone from beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts. Class will be back in May 2024

Boot Camp HIIT

High-Intensity Challenge for Advanced Levels (Level 3-5)

Elevate your Saturday mornings with our Boot Camp HIIT, a class specifically designed for advanced fitness levels 3-5. This high-intensity interval training will challenge your aerobic capacity, promote rapid fat loss, and leave you feeling exhilarated. Our unique Tabata-style mashup pushes your limits, ensuring a workout that keeps your body actively building oxygen stores for 16 to 24 hours post-exercise. Join us every Saturday from 7:30 am to 8:15 am for a session that's not just a workout, but a transformative fitness experience for those ready to take their routine to the next level.  Saturday Class will be back in May 2024
