Outdoor BOOT CAMP
5:30-6:30am Monday and Fridays weather depending.
Designed to take your fitness to the next level. Class incorporates cardio drills such as running, power walking, plyometrics and resistance training using various pieces of equipment plus it is held indoors s so you never get bored!
Our Signature class since 2010! Class is held indoors if weather is too cold or it is raining.
