About the event
Join us for a 30 minute gentle flow yoga session with Emily followed by a 30 minute barre/sculpt session with Jennifer. After class join us for teas (a special blend from Emily called Sacred Heart), chocoaltes, fruit, cheese and social time. There will also be giveaways and of course a photo op area!
Tickets are $30. All props are provided but if you would like to bring your own mat please feel free to do so. You can also wear sticky socks for both classes.
