Class Descriptions:
Boot Camp: an interesting take on the classic Boot Camp. Each class is designed to give you the right mix of cardio, strength and flexibility. Modifications are offered for most exercises. Beginners are welcome.
Cardio Camp: MBC loves mixing it up. This thirty minute cardio class will use various elements from step, kickboxing, floor aerobics, sports drills and other training methods to get your heart rate up.
Yoga/Stretch: new for MBC. This is a great compliment to your workouts. Using standard yoga and stretching movements this class will help you unwind and increase flexibility and balance.
Step Fit: a classic. Step aerobics at it's best. Great for all fitness levels and step enthusiasts. Step has been around for over 20 years and we understand why. It is a fantastic workout.
Totally Toned: a thirty minute class designed to tone up all of those "trouble" areas. Class is great for all fitness levels.
Step & Tone : join us for our toning /cardio based class. We will use a variety of training formats on the bench to give you the most efficent workout ever.
Zumba: enough said. This latin based dance class is designed for all fitness levels. Done as a drop in.
Turbo Kick: a fun, fast paced and easy to follow cardio kickboxing class- an MBC specialty:)
All equipment is on-site. Benches, bands, balls, weights and mats- no need to bring anything to our facility.
